This is a unique and attractive event for chefs working at vegetarian restaurants/ eateries, volunteer cooking establishments, ... and those who love vegetarian cuisine and want to learn about US soybeans, an extremely nutritious and diverse food in cooking.
This workshop series will help you discover and apply US soybeans in many delicious dishes, diverse topics with experts in the field such as:

The series of activities was held at Hong Bang International University (HIU) and KOTO Vocational Training Center, including two main parts: Ingredients Experience Workshop and Creative Culinary Competition.
2D&ONE continues its journey to spread the message of green and sustainable living when collaborating with the Canadian Embassy to organize the program “Canadian Plant-based Ingredients, Bet It's Extremly Good!” at Hong Bang International University (HIU). This is a continuation of the success of the activity at KOTO Training Center, and marks an important step in the campaign to promote Canadian vegan ingredients to the young student community in Vietnam.
