Instructions for use: Need to soak beans before starting to cook.
Quick soak: use 3 cups of cold water for each cup of green peas, boil 2 minutes, boil 2 minutes; Turn off the heat, cover and let soak for 1 to 2 hours. Add soaking water and drain.
Overnight: use 3 cups of cold water for each cup of green peas, soak for 8 hours. Add soaking water and drain.
