On December 17, 2D&ONE collaborated with the California Agricultural Export Council (CAEC) to successfully organize the California Fig Trade Workshop. The event attracted the participation of many importers, distributors, manufacturers, chefs and businesses in the food industry in Vietnam.
The workshop aims to promote California figs – a unique, nutritious ingredient with culinary creativity and potential, as well as develop new products. This is an opportunity for guests to experience firsthand, and discuss with the California State Fig Advisory Board, opening up many promising directions for commercial cooperation.
The event does not only stop at introducing products, but also becomes an important bridge to bring high-quality ingredients from California closer to Vietnamese businesses, contributing to the strong development of the domestic high-end food industry.
We believe that California figs will soon become a new, creative and popular choice in Vietnamese cuisine.
