Artisan Đỗ Thị Phương Nhi, born in 1967, is the daughter of artisan Nguyễn Thị Phiên. She is a culinary instructor at various institutions such as Saigontourist, Á Âu Vocational School, Saigon Chef Association, and Thủ Đức College of Technology. With many years of experience and extensive culinary knowledge, she has built a reputation and recognition in the culinary industry:

• In 2015, she won the Third Prize in the "Establishing a Record for the Competition Gathering the Most Vegetarian Dishes."
• Member of the Judging Panel: "TDC Talented Young Chef" competition organized annually by the U.S. Potato Association in collaboration with Thủ Đức College of Technology.
• The Vingroup corporation annually invites them to train young chefs at Vinpearl resorts, specializing in Hue traditional dishes, cakes, and sweet soups.
• Co-author of the book “MÓN NGON XỨ HUẾ” published by Women Publishing House in 2018.
• Co-author of the book “HOÀI NIỆM MỨT TẾT” published by Women Publishing House in 2020.
• She has contributed to preserving and developing traditional Hue cakes for younger generations.
