Over 2 decades working in the F&B industry, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuong Van has accumulated a lot of experience in the bakery industry, especially cold cakes. Professionally trained in Pastry of the world's largest corporation Starwood and Marriott. In addition, she also participated in training courses in Southeast Asian countries / Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore,... With the strength of consulting, career orientation for students and business for customers, she has participated in teaching baking with schools and vocational training centers. In addition, Ms. Tuong Van also advises on solutions and business ideas to increase sales for customers.
