After more than 15 years of dedication to Vietnamese cuisine, chef Nguyen Dao has constantly developed and created more hundreds of Western dishes with Vietnamese flavors. The honest, spontaneous chef made great efforts and efforts to get the results like today.
Through the process of working with the positions of sous chef, head chef at Fashionista Café, Digging House eatery & bar, Le Corto & P'ti restaurant, Le Corto French restaurant, LA MAISON restaurant, BBConer restaurant, restaurant Italy Capricciosa,... He has accumulated a lot of experience that he can tranmit on to the students.
