Chef Le Hong Quang is a native of Thanh province. His intense passion for Vietnamese cuisine has driven him to become a professional chef. With a spirit of constant learning and experiencing the diverse and rich culinary cultures from around, Chef Quảng aspires to develop his skills while preserving the traditional culinary heritage of his homeland.
With over ten years of experience in the industry, ranging from kitchen assistant to head chef positions, he worked at Cu Te Grilled Village Restaurant in Kiên Giang as well as Bar Marina Restaurant in Kiên Giang, and in 2016, he held the position of head chef at Bách Mộc Guild Hall in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, he serves as the executive chef at Red Coral Restaurant and culinary director at Ngô Đồng Garden Restaurant. Alongside his professional career, he has garnered several prestigious awards:
