Passionate about culinary at a very young age, Chef Le Nguyen Hoan Long (also known as Chef David Long) has been constantly creating and "breathing fresh air" Vietnamese dishes that seem very familiar but become new and different than ever.Holding positions such as Vice President of the International Association of Super Chefs in Vietnam (WAMCVN), Master Chef at Sherwood residence 5 star hotel General Chef of Mon Ngon restaurant in Shenzhen, Chef David Long not only studies Vietnamese cuisine but also discovers more Asian cuisines such as Thai, Chinese, Japanese, etc. The dishes which he had created and aired on HTV7 such as Prawn Pho, Japanese Artichoke Soup, Korean-style udon with dragon fruit flower …Not only as a chef, he also supports and trains the younger generations. Currently, he is a culinary expert lecturer at prestigious culinary schools. At the same time, he participated as the Jury of culinary competitions such as the Culinary World Cup in Malaysia (2023), Young chef (2021, 2022 & 2023), Winner of the 25 best chefs in 2022 held in Malaysia, Champion of the International Egg Contest 2022, Runner-up of traditional dishes on New Year's Day, 3rd prize in the competition of 100 teams to create dishes from vegetables... with the desire to bring famous Vietnamese dishes to the world.With the motto "If you have determined the path you want to take, then resolutely pursue it", Chef David Long had faced to some difficulties when he entered the industry at the begining, but it also became motivation which makes him gain the achivements as these days.At 2D&One Culinary Academy, you not only participate in professional courses for business, but also meet lectures with long-term experience in the culinary field to listen to "very old" stories to find out your own orientation.
